1. COCONUT OIL: Warm up some coconut oil in a microwave for a few seconds and apply it on your skin before bathing massage it gently so that the oil penetrates into the skin.wait 10 minutes then take bath or shower.Repeat this remedy once daily.when suffering from extremely dry skin,You can apply coconut on your somewhat damp skin after taking a bath..

2. HONEY: Before taking a bath or shower,rub some raw honey all over your body and massage gently using circular motions.wait 10 minutes then take bath or shower..Mix equal amount of honey and glycerin apply it on your hands,wait 10 minutes and then rinse it off,with lukewarm water..

For a Weekly treatment,Mix together 2 to 3 teaspoons of milk cream and 2 teaspoons of gram flour,apply this paste on your dry skin,leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.

5. AVOCADO: Scoop out the pulp of 1/2 avocado. Using a fork,mash it into a smooth paste.Mix in 2 teaspoon of honey.Spread this avocado mask generously on your skin.leave it for 20 minutes then wipe it off with a damp wash cloth and rinse your skin.
You can do this several times  Week,maintain smooth and hydrate skin..

6. ALOE VERA: Extract the gel from an aloe vera leaf.Apply it all over your body.Massage for a few minutes to help the gel penetrate deep into the skin. Wait 30 minutes,then rinse it off using lukewarm water.
